If you are a broker, bank or other nominee that purchased BNYM common stock from February 28, 2008 through and including October 4, 2011, for the beneficial interest of persons or organizations other than yourself, within seven (7) calendar days of your receipt of the Settlement Notice you must either:
- Request from the Claims Administrator sufficient copies of the Settlement Notice and Claim Form (“Notice Packet”) and, within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of those copies, forward the Notice Packet to all such beneficial owners; or
- Provide the Claims Administrator with a list of the names and last known addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
If you are providing a list of names and addresses to the Claims Administrator:
- Compile a list of names and addresses of the beneficial owners that purchased BNYM common stock from February 28, 2008 through and including October 4, 2011.
